Gayle joined Citizens Advice Flintshire as a volunteer back in 2001. After a year as a volunteer adviser, she was employed as a Generalist Caseworker and ran a number of outreaches within health care settings. Gayle has had various roles since then and became the service’s Quality Manager 4 years ago. She oversees the quality of advice across Citizens Advice Flintshire to ensure that clients consistently receive a high standard of advice and the service meets the quality standards set out by Citizens Advice nationally. She also manages the volunteer training and recruitment team.
