Gayle Bradley

Quality Manager

Gayle joined Citizens Advice Flintshire as a volunteer back in 2001.  After a year as a volunteer adviser, she was employed as a Generalist Caseworker and ran a number of outreaches within health care settings.  Gayle has had various roles since then and became the service’s Quality Manager 4 years ago.  She oversees the quality of advice across Citizens Advice Flintshire to ensure that clients consistently receive a high standard of advice and the service meets the quality standards set out by Citizens Advice nationally.  She also manages the volunteer training and recruitment team.
