Lisa joined Citizens Advice Flintshire as a volunteer whilst she was completing her law degree. She believes in the organisation’s principles and can see the real and positive impact the advice given has on peoples’ lives.
In 2012 she became employed as a Caseworker and since then she has specialised in debt work. She provides advice across the different Citizens Advice Flintshire offices and within some of the outreaches.
Since 2014 and 2015 she has also been a member of the Institute of Money Advisers and has completed the professional qualification Certificate in Money Advice Practice.
