Salli started working in the advice sector at Dial House in 1988. Her areas of interest were disability rights and community care. She held various roles including information officer, welfare rights worker and after three years became the manager. In 1997 Salli moved to Australia where she lived for four years. She returned in 2001 and joined Citizens Advice Flintshire as Chief Executive and set her challenge as developing decent accessible offices for clients, volunteers and staff to visit and work in.
Salli thinks the best part of her is job securing the opportunities to enable people who are passionate about advice to be able to do so.
