Here at Citizens Advice Flintshire, we offer two types of face-to-face advice sessions, each designed to provide the right support depending on your needs:
Open-Door Drop-In Sessions – These are available at our main offices, where you can speak to a member of our friendly team without an appointment. Whether you have a quick query or need more in-depth support, we’re here to help.
Community Outreach Sessions – We know not everyone can get to us, so we bring our advice services out into the community. Our outreach sessions are held in various local venues across Flintshire, making it easier for people to access help closer to home.
Both of these services are free, confidential, and aimed at helping you find a way forward. Take a look further down to see which support best suits you.

Here you can speak to an adviser face-to-face. This has been set up to ensure we meet the needs of everyone in our community.
