Here at Citizens Advice Flintshire, we’re committed to providing advice that’s accessible to everyone by enabling British Sign Language users to communicate in their preferred language. We offer pre-arranged appointments via a video call where we provide information and advice on a vast range of topics including Benefits, Debt, Employment, Consumer, Housing and Discrimination. This service is for Flintshire residents or people living and working in North Wales if seeking employment and discrimination advice. Our team of trained advisers are there to help you with your advice needs and we will arrange a suitable BSL interpreter to support you during your video appointment. All you need is a device for making a video call, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and speaker, along with access to the internet. To book an appointment, please fill out the form below on our webpage and someone will create an appointment for you and email/post the information to you within 2 working days. Make sure you fill out the form completely, including your communication preferences so that we have everything we need to support you.
