100 Club Raffle – If you complete a direct debit form on our website to join our 100 Club Raffle, we will securely process your details. An email notification is automatically sent to our fundraising team. Your form remains on our secure website server until our team transfers the information to our third-party payment system called GoCardless and our CiviCRM database. Once processed, the form is deleted from our server.
We retain active information on GoCardless and our CiviCRM database indefinitely.
You can unsubscribe from our 100 Club Raffle at any time at which point your data will be deleted from GoCardless. After two years, any inactive donors are anonymised on our CiviCRM database to ensure we can review trends and improve our service while protecting your privacy.
Challenge yourself enquiry – You can find out about taking part in a fundraising event by completing a contact form on the Challenge Yourself page of our website (https://flintshirecab.org.uk/events). Your information remains on our secure website server until a member of our team transfers the information to our CiviCRM database. Once processed, the form is deleted from our server. Online / Electronic donations – If you donate via the donate button on our website, this enables you to donate electronically via the PayPal Giving Fund.

Information collected is: Number of entries; Date of payment each month; Your full name (as it appears on your bank account); Your full Address; Your email address; Bank/Building Society account number; Branch sort code; Name and full postal address of your Bank/Building Society; Payment reference.

Online / Electronic donations – When you donate through the PayPal Giving Fund, your personal information including name, email address, and donation amount is collected by PayPal.
