How we collect your information

We collect your email address so you can receive our electronic newsletters and fundraising publications via the following methods:

• When you give you give your verbal or written consent whilst receiving advice
• When you sign up on our website

We retain active information indefinitely. You can unsubscribe at any time at which point all data relating to you is deleted.

We only ask for your email address.

What we use your information for

We use the information to send emails which include news, updates and fundraising activities happening at Citizens Advice Flintshire.

Who we share your information with

We use Intuit Mailchimp to generate electronic newsletters and they store data in accordance with their privacy policy which you can find here.

We obtain your consent to use your information.
